These terms apply to purchases of digital products from Wedding, Well Planned and to your use of this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
What you buy. Digital files (a Google Sheets planner with an Excel version and, in the Complete Edition, printable PDFs), delivered by email right after payment. Nothing is shipped.
Licence. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own wedding. Professional wedding planners may use the planner for their own client weddings by making a fresh copy for each wedding. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or sublicense the files or the template itself.
Prices and payment. Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Delivery and withdrawal. Delivery starts immediately after payment. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery, which under EU consumer law ends the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless (see the Refund policy).
Intellectual property. The planner's structure, design, formulas, copy and accompanying materials belong to Wedding, Well Planned.
Liability. The planner is a planning aid. You remain responsible for your own contracts, payments and deadlines; we're not liable for decisions made using it, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes. We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your order applies to that order.
